Nova Smoke Shop is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a clear and fair Warranty & Return Policy. While we do not offer warranties on our products, we strive to address any issues related to your purchase through our return and exchange process.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Unopened and Unused Items: Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Defective Items: Items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Full Store Credit Refund: Eligible for store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Process:
- Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide clear images of the product and a detailed reason for the return within 24 hours of contacting customer service.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
- Tobacco Products
- Vapes (unless defective)
- Glassware
- THC-A D9 Flower
- THC-A D9 Prerolls
- Kratom
- Any Product with a Factory Seal (If the seal is broken and the product qualifies for return)
Note: Products with factory seals must remain unopened to be eligible for return.
Refund Methods
- Store Credit: Most returns and exchanges are processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
- Exchange: Eligible items can be exchanged for a different product of equal value.
Please note that refunds to the original payment method are not available.
